Introduction to Pilot Project 2024-25
Pilot Project 2024-25 is a peer-student educational
initiative designed to empower high-performing middle and high school students
by allowing them to mentor and support peers in enhancing academic performance.
The program provides comprehensive academic support alongside life skills and
social responsibility training, fostering essential skills and a strong sense
of community and collaboration.
This program goes beyond traditional tutoring by offering
unique experiences that cultivate leadership, personal excellence, and growth.
Participants not only improve academically but also gain teaching experience,
earn recognition and rewards, and contribute to a collaborative learning
environment. The goal is to democratize learning, enabling every participant to
reach their full potential a win-win approach that benefits students with

Selection Criteria for Students
To participate in the program, students must meet the
following criteria:
- Commitment to Excellence
A dedication to academic improvement and a clear goal to excel in studies.
- Parental or Guardian Support
Active involvement of parents or guardians to guide, supervise, and
encourage regular attendance and engagement.
- Active Participation
Students are expected to actively participate, providing feedback on
progress and suggestions for improvement.
- Schedule Adherence
Responsibility for maintaining communication with instructors regarding
any schedule changes or cancellations.
- In-Person Meetings
Regular attendance at in-person meetings for progress reviews and program
updates.
Instructor Selection Criteria
The selection of peer instructors is based on the following
qualities:

- Strong Communication Skills
The ability to clearly explain concepts and engage students in learning.
- Mutual Responsibility
Shared responsibility between student and instructor for prompt
communication on any schedule changes.
